Broken Car :-(
Over the past few weeks i haven’t had much look with cars, firstly my Vauxhall Corsa failed it MOT (04 reg) and I had to fork out £200 to get it through its MOT and then there was a list as long as my arm to get the Advisories repaired. I decided to traid it in and get something different. I did a straight swap for a Freelander 1.8 petrol. I have had this six weeks and already had to have a new clutch installed!
I had done 250 mile on Sunday and all was well, went out for the day to Castleton and then decided to go on the snake pass, and head down to the in-laws in Dudley. On the way home (half way) I changed gear on the motorway from 4th the 5th and had a shock when the clutch pedal got stuck down…(70 mile an hour) and nothing to do, i had to try and pull the clutch pedal back up and quickly move over to the first lane of the motor way. I eventually made it to the services where I called out Britanna Rescue to come and rescue me!
Here are a few photos!
